: Hello
: I´m researching about thermal spray process and I´d like to know what is the more important parameter to get a good coat?
: I am new to this so I really could use some advice.
: I am using a TheroDyn System 2000.
: Any help would be much appreciated.
: Thank you, Jim M
Hi,
you can ask the toch supplier or check with any of the text book related to the subject including my book -->Advanced Thermally Assisted Surface Engineering Processes",Kluwer Academic Publishings, MA, 2004.As a matter of fact you need a rough grit blasted surface with surgical cleanliness.Your fingerprints can cause problem of coating adherence. With low thermal thermal capacity torch you are using you have to extra cautious.
