: I'm interested in arc spraying by mean of pseudo-alloy wires (e.g. steel+ bronze). Is it possible to use it to mold making in Rapid Tooling Technology? Is there any experiances to spray metal onto shell of ceramic(e.g.porcelain)? Thank you for help. Dear Sir, We had successfully coated a pseudo alloy of Zinc and Aluminium. Further i see no reason why we cont a pseudo alloy of bronze and steel however we have to look into the parameters for coating. Further it would be of great help to us if you could let us know wht possible application you are looking for. If you are intrested in the equipment then we are pleased to inform you that we are the equipment manufacturers of thermal Spray system including Arc Spray system For demonstration and for other details please indly let us know. We would be happy to help you in this regard. Regards Girish Rao Asst Manager (R&D) MECPL Jodhpur INDIA mecpl@vsnl.com www.mecpl.com
