It seems that you are using alumina/titania or chrome oxide well it surely depends on the composition and the system wht u r using i presume it to be (plasma). Well the color changes that u r getting because
there might be a variation in the composition of powder
there might be a variation in the compostion of the powder
So look out for these things and kindly let me know.
