Dear Sir,

It would be helpful if you could further specify the composition of ceramic. Wether it is a bio ceramic or cermet.

However for cermets you can folllow ASTM G-65 for dry abrasion wear. For hardness you can go for micro hardness. Further it is suggested to consult Prof A S Khanna of IIT- Bombay under whom im persuing my PhD who is a great exponent in high temperature coatings. But for which you need to specify the composition of coating

Further if u want to generate coatings please contact MECPL.
