Thank you for your query. We have resently developed a new system to deposit Chrome oxide through thermal spray route. Whicg gave us hardness as high as 1500 VHN (300 gms) and it is believed that the properties obtained by our method is better than obtained through plama route. It is suggested that for more details please contact us and we had published a paper regarding the same in the poster session of the recently concluded ITSC 2005.
