railway applications using thermal spray & fusion process are given in my book rntitled 'Advanced Thermally Assisted Surface Engineering Processes;Kluwer Academic Publishings,MA,USA (now taken over by Springer ),2004.these applications ,like wheel-burn,suspension hanger were introduced by us 25 years back and are being continued in indian railways.
