I would expect two of the Meters from M+W Instruments (a Bronkhorst company) to suit these application:
1- gases are: H2 , CO and CO2
2- flowrate is ranged: 0 - 500 sccm/min
3- maximum pressure is: 100 bar
4- maximum temperature is: 60 c
