: Hi Karlos
:
: Is it possible to see a photomicrogaph of the coating showing the problem? Very often these problems are not actually caused by the plasma gun settings, but through powder fines and spray debris being entrained in the coating. Check your powder. Slight changes in spray angle, traverse speeds, use of air jets may help.

Hi Gordon
How can I place photomicrogaph to be possible to see it? Is there any place or link for picture sending?
By the way, I changed sample location (sample was used for metalurgical control of microstructure) and bond coat quality is much better. I think the problem was caused by powder fines entrained in the coating. I need to verify this finding in production.
Thank you for your advice.
