Hi Karlos
Is it possible to see a photomicrogaph of the coating showing the problem? Very often these problems are not actually caused by the plasma gun settings, but through powder fines and spray debris being entrained in the coating. Check your powder. Slight changes in spray angle, traverse speeds, use of air jets may help.
