APS NiCrAlY coatings

Hi, I need help
I am new in metal spray.
I have problem with NiCrAlY bond coat. I use F1 gun (APS) and I have big problem with globular oxidation.
I used a typical parameter set from the spraying manual. I don't know which parameters are necessary to change
to avoid globular oxidation in the coating. I am distressful and I don't know what to do to improve my process.
Can anybody help me please?
