Coating on forging dies wear after production

Any one can help to find out best process of coating forging dies.
We want to spray material on weared forging dies and and sink electrode to control dimension of dies.
This things we want to do to avoid recut of dies.
If ther is any best process to spary metal we request to kindly inform us.
