Is there a liquid paint/coating I could use in place of sandblasting to prepare a steel surface? Will be coated with aluminum bronze.

The sculpture surface has a combination of different materials ontop of steel; that sandblasting might distort. Masking these seperate non-steel areas would be impossible due too the spider-webbed pattern.

Thanks
