arc spray

I'm interested in arc spraying by mean of pseudo-alloy wires (e.g. steel+ bronze). Is it possible to use it to mold making in Rapid Tooling Technology? Is there any experiances to spray metal onto shell of ceramic(e.g.porcelain)? Thank you for help.
