Hi Alvin
Are you referring to machining of thermal spray coatings or sintered WC?
The elements you quote may be present in different forms from the element itself to alloys and oxides. Solubility will also depend on the solvent.
The main hazard to health will be from inhalation of the particles, which should have maximum exposure limits assigned for the various materials. The material safety data sheet for the product should give some information on hazard and help you do a risk assessment.
