Have you ever though about using a plasma sprayed surface to reduce the corrosion of the boiler walls? The great advantage of that technology is, that there is nearly no porosity, so that the boiler wall is 100% protected. The life expectancy is about 2-5 years and depends on the materials which are fired in the boiler. To see more, click on www.haeuser-co.de
