Dear Gordon,

What kind of arc spray coating would you suggest for internal coating of an exhaust stack, the temperature for which is between 100 deg C to 200 deg C.

S02 and NOX are both present in the environment.

SO2 - 2.98 P.P.M
NOZ - 3.59 P.P.PM

140 deg C is tried to be maintained constantly. But when that does not happen and the temperature drops, the moisture mixes with the gases forming diluted H2SO4 AND HNO3.

What kind of an arc spray coating would you suggest and is sealant required ? If yes What is the kind of sealant that is recommended.

What is the life that can be expected of the coating ?

Thanx,
Regards,

Raghav
