Dear Sir,
Could you help us with the following -
1) Can babbitt through arc spray process be sprayed to a bond strength of 80.2 N/mm2 ?
2) How much would 80.2 N/mm2 be in MPa or psi ?
2) According to TAFA Babbit Wire Specifications the coating properties in terms of bond strength will be 2870 psi or 19.8 Mpa, but is 80.2 N/mm2 bond strength achiveable through Arc spray process if so how ?
3) If not through arc spray, could you suggest any other process through which the same can be achieved.
