u can apply two very commen methos for remetaling og journal bearings namely 1. by solering 2. by thermal spraying
method no.2 is preferable because thermal spray bond is much much stronger than the convensional method.
the emmitted melted rod emmits from the nozzle of spray gun at speed of 550 ft/sec , a tremendous velosity at which the sprayed material impinges the surface which result in a strong bond
