: Dear Sir,

: I am working as research Scholar and my topic of research is" Coating of super alloys with HVOF process for Hot Corrosion Resistance in Boilers"

: Kindly Guide me which kind of alloys i should select as coating materials

This will depend on the specific environment that the coating needs to work. Typically, readily available powders like Inconel 625 and 50/50 NiCr are used in some applications.
