I am using liquid delivery systems in order to perform diagnostics blood tests. The instrument that I am working with now, has a stainless steel probe that transfers patient blood serum to from one test tube to another. The probe is washed between different sample tubes, but this is not sufficient to prevent the carry-over from one sample to another. I am looking for advice regarding using a silicon type spray or a dip to coatstainless steel probes. Also, a miracle surfactant additives to the wash solution might help to solve the problem (we've tested Contrad solution, but it takes too mush of wash volume to prevent the carry-over).

Thank you very much,

Sanna.
