: Hi, All:

: I have two plastic materials. One was measured with Rockwell R Scale and the other was measured with Rockwell M Scale. Is there a conversion between these two scales? Otherwise, how can we compare these two plastic materials?

: Thanks a lot!

I have not come across any conversions between these scales. Rockwell R (1/2" ball, 60kg total load) and Rockwell M (1/4" ball, 100kg total load) scales may not even overlap each other.
The R scale is designed for much softer materials than the M scale. Can only suggest that you have both materials tested using the same scale.
