Coating for Polyester Yarn Rollers

Dear Sir,

Is there an arc spray application for the roller being used for lubricant oil application on polyester yarn (thread) which is running at high speed (500 mpm) with 10 mm contact with this roller ?

Could you suggest the necessary coating ?

Roller diameter : 75 mm
Roller width : 22 mm with horizontal surrations on it (Surrations are as per our process requirement)
