A286 SS Build Up

I have project that requires a dimensional restoration of A286 SS prior to applying an 88/12 WC-Co. I am considering Diamalloy 4006 or JK 513 (316 SS). Build-up thickness to be 0.005 - 0.010" Final WC-Co to be 0.002 - 0.004".

I also need to strip the existing 88/12 WC-Co.

Any suggetions would be appreciated.
