Trivalent Chrome passivation

As I know, there are trivalent-chrome passivation now. First, I want to know is there only two colors blue-white and yellow can be passivated? Second, how many hours without red rust for yellow and blue-white? Is this possible for yellow to reach 400hours without red rust?
