An Intl. COnference on Surface Engineering & Heat Treatment is being organized at Hyderabad, INDIA during Nov 3-6, 2003. This brings to India for the first time the series of International Conference on Surface Modification Technologies (SMT XVII) and an event of the International Federation of Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering (IFHTSE).
