Plasma Sprayed Metco 105SFP gives the best dielectric strengths of all the ceramics. It can give up to 500 volts per 0.001" if properly sealed (Metcoseal AP or AG.)For this application of 100V you would probably think that only a couple of "thou"would be required but this is below the minimum thickness that we like to spray them, so go for about 0.005"-0.010"
