test of Zinc metallized surface

Dear Sir

we had specified High grade Zinc (Zn 99.95%) for metallization for our LPG cylinders.

We receive Zinc metallized and painted cylinders for online testing. What are the tests we can conduct on cylinders ( can be Destructive also) to ensure the quality of Zinc metallization.
Is their any tests available to identify if PW grade Zinc (Zn 98.5%) is used for Zinc metallization.
