Hi Marcin

This coating is new to me. I assume the coating is primarily for thermal barrier applications.
You may find this link of interest (the only info close to the subject I could find)

If you come across any additional information I also would be interested, particularly if this coating shows promise of improvements over the yttria partially stabilized zirconia coatings.
