Hi Manik

Yes

Assuming your 10E gun is set-up for use with 1/8 wire and GF and AF flowmeters:

Lighting pressures:
oxygen 35 psi
Acetylene 15 psi
Air 70 psi

Flowmeter readings for 316 ss:
Reduce pressures shown above to obtain
oxygen 44
acetylene 40
air 50

If wire tip appears ragged in flame, reduce oxygen flow (pressure) a little until tip appears even.
