: Dear Authorized;
: We are a company which has a rokide ceramic spray coating system. We are new in this subject so we are living some problems. We hope that, we can solve this problems.
: One of these problems is regard to screw ash conveyor. This screw conveyor is a cast steel. It contains chromium.
: The chemical contents of this material is:
: 32 NiCrMo %85
: C %0,28-0,36
: Max Si %0,40
: Mn %0,30-0,60
: Max P %0,035
: Max S %0,035
: Mo %0,35-0,55
: Ni %1,80-2,10
: Vanadium %0,15
: Which type rokide ceramic rod can be used for this material. If you write step to step , we will be very pleasure.
: Thanks for your helps...

All the ceramic rod materials should be capable of providing a coating on this material with proper surface preparation and bond coating. I have my doubts as to whether oxide ceramic coatings are up to this duty. Tougher HVOF tungsten carbide type coatings would normally be recommended.

Regards Gordon
