While HP HVOF technology would certainly be an answer to your problem, it is not the best or most complete answer.
New technology using the precision of a laser beam is now available. Patented LaserBond(TM) is now the best and most modern answer to wear problems. Not only will your component be repaired back to original tolerances, but it will last many times longer than the original.
BHP (BlueScope Steel) have now selected LaserBond(TM) as its preferred repair and surface engineering system. Please contact me for further information and by all means visit our web site.
